yesterday i managed to meet up with my friends elly and shaofen to bugis! (and if you know me you know the first place i wanna go is bugis, bugis and bugis)

i met elly through an audition for **** and i met shaofen through imvu LOL.
coincidentally they knew each other too so YAY! /o/

I AM SO PATIENT!! I WENT UP AND DOWN LOOKING AROUND FOR FOOD FOR HALF AN HOUR AS I WAITED FOR THEM! GOOD JOB JODIE!

but das fine, i found em first anyway.

the first thing we did there was to rrrruuuush to bugis street and SHOP!
(i think)

but obv i didn't bother to take pics cus bugis is so crowded and my hands are always full =_=
not because i am holding shopping bags but because when i'm in bugis i eat and eat and eat lol
you can always try finding my prev post where i went with karina to see a few pics lol

i didn't buy anything, bo lui

apparently shaofen and elly are like awesome popteen readers willing to sacrifice so much money to buy the magazines where i pathetically only bought the september issue cus they are so expensive but HEY WHATEVER LOL FURRY TREND IS HERE WHOOO

after that shaofen was like OMGISOHUNGRY!!! and apparently i had fried mushrooms and fried squidhead and water and yami yoghurt (that had a insect in it -.-) before that so elly and i just watched her eat LOL

gee i prefer eating the other fishball noodles with more ingredients, hers only had fishballs fishcakes and noodles looolz

apparently shaofen just got her braces so like chewing was so hard for her she took forever to finish her food!

ok so we all really suck cus after that we all had an urge to eat xiao long bao folttm harharhar

so we went to crystal jade restaurant since it said $5 for 5 xiao long baos and that seemed pretty cheap to us anyway

ANYWAY WTH SO LIEK THEY PLACED PEANUTS FOR US TO EAT AND THEN PUT WET TISSUE THERE TOO WE DIDN'T EVEN ORDER THEM AND SO OF COURSE WE THOUGHT IT'S FREE!
AND THEN A CUP OF WATER IS 30 CENTS AND THEY HAVE SERVICE CHARGE + DUNNOWHATTAXSHIT AND THEN SAY 3 CUPS OF WATER AND XIAO LONG BAO IS 5.90 RIGHT?!?!?!

lol the receipt was like 10.35.

the peanuts were 2 dollars and the towels were 30 cents each and then they have all the little charges and boom.

i paid for the peanuts cus i ate them all.


lesson learnt: don't eat peanuts when you are in a restaurant with your friends and when everybody are poor bums

AND WE TOOK NEOPRINTS AFTER THAT LOL CUS IF YOU EVER GO BUGIS THE SECOND THING YOU MUST DO AFTER SHOPPING IS TAKE NEOPRINTS!

then we headed to somerset 313 and initially we were planning to walk but uhh i guided the way and well..

we got lost

so in the end we took a train there LOL

apparently our plan for the shopping trip was to avoid forever 21, zara, topshop and everything that costs but SOMEHOW we spent the longest time in forever 21


AND I ACTUALLY BOUGHT SOMETHING!

just a short note that's the only good that isn't food i bought on that day fml

then we passed by uniqlo and there were so many nice furry comfy and expensive stuff.
main point? it's expensive and we have no monies LOL

so we left and decided to head to ion and on the way, elly and i craved for some ice-creammmmm



so we bought the smallest size and it was 5.50 LOL SO EXPENSIVE


i'll buy it again though it's good HAHAHAHAHAHA
(kiddy size = 2 scoops -> 4.50 + 1 topping *BROWNIEEEE* ($1) = 5.50)

anyway it was gonna rain so we took the underpass to ion from takashimaya (and i really hate going all the way out to takashimaya cus there is so many smokers there I KILL U!!!!!)

we headed to kikki. k after that cus shaofen wanted to buy a schedule thingamajig



but apparently she was like OMGITS24.90SOEXPENSIVE so we left without buying anything

and as for today, i didn't bring my camera out and most of the day all i did was eat and sleep so uhhh no comment
as for tonight, it was great fun and worship! ^^

except now i have a shitty cough that will soon turn into sore throat by tomorrow and i have to wake up in 3 hours.
